2014 - Present

Initiated during Hackteria lab 2014 in Indonesia the ‘Synthetic pollenizer’ project is a conceptual intervention in real-world ecological systems using networks of cybernetic flowers. Partnered with the Resource Ecology Group at Wageningen University in the Netherlands the project has been a finalist in the international Bio Art and Design awards and is continuing to undergo developments through experimentation. Inspired by natural pollenizers, these robotic replicas synthetically pollinate bees, integrating into the environment as an initiative into a cybernetic ecology.
